• Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) reported better-than-expected first quarter adjusted earnings of 36 cents a share, versus 37 cents a year ago, beating Zacks estimates of 26 cents a share.  Revenues of $9 billion, though off last year's $10.3 billion, exceeded Zacks projections of $8.75 billion.
