ImmuneRegen BioSciences, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of IR BioSciences Holdings, Inc., announced this morning that it has executed a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) with Archimedes Development Limited. This collaboration enables the companies to identify possible synergies between their technology platforms.

Sprint Nextel (S), the third-largest telecom carrier in the U.S., has reportedly sealed an agreement to provide its comprehensive suite of wireless and wireline services to Pinnacle Airlines Inc, a subsidiary of Memphis-based Pinnacle Airlines (PNCL). Pinnacle Airlines, which operates around 141 regional jets in North and Central America and the Caribbean, is one of the largest regional carriers.
