According to an SEC Filing, on May 1, 2009 Mr. Hartle acquired an additional 2,458,798 shares at a price of $0.0025. A week later, Mr. Hartle acquired another 1,500,000 at a price of $0.004, bringing the total number of common shares that he owns to 5,315,014.
