ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. announced that its management efficiency software has been adopted by e.l.m. leblanc, just in time for France’s winter. ClickSoftware’s Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services solution, ClickIMRS, was chosen to help the gas boiler manufacturer manage scheduling and street level routing of about 300 after-sale field technicians, handling more than 300,000 customer appointments per year.
