According to data from the
Foreign Trade Division, we ran a $256 billion trade deficit with China in 2007. That's a lot of money but China is hardly the only country that we run a trade deficit with.
Even tiny Vietnam had a $8.7 billion trade surplus with the U.S. Vietnam, by the way, is another fantastic Asian dynamo that deserves your attention.
