Ecosphere Technologies, Inc., a diversified water engineering and services company primarily focused on the natural gas industry, recently announced that the company’s oil and gas environmental services subsidiary, Ecosphere Energy Services, Inc. has signed a long-term agreement with two wholly owned subsidiaries of SEECO, Inc. to deliver 24 of its EcosFrac EF-600 units within the next 150 days.

Ecosphere’s EcosFrac technology kills bacteria in water used during hydraulic fracturing without the use of toxic chemicals. This master service agreement calls for Ecosphere Energy Services to provide its environmental services to SEECO’s subsidiaries for a minimum of two years with a maximum of five years.

Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. (ESPH.OB) Set to Start Water Recycling Pilot Program in Tulsa

A letter of intent signed by Ecosphere Technologies (OTCBB: ESPH) with Okla.-based Williams calls for the former to provide mobile water recycling services at select well sites. The two companies will work closely together to submit all application and paperwork to the Texas Railroad Commission for final approval of the wells.
