The one-year overall survival data of its lead oncology agent PV-10 showed longer overall and disease specific survival for subjects that were responsive to the agent, relative to those who did not experience a robust response. The primary objective of the open-label study is to determine the safety and tolerability of a single intralesional injection of PV-10 in patients with liver cancer.
