Dolan Media Co. – Aggressive Growth – Zacks Rank Buy

Dolan Media Co. (DM) analysts continue to raise estimates making shares of DM a great value to go along with the excellent growth rates.

Estimates Continue to Climb

Over the past month full-year estimates are on the rise. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for this year is up 7 cents to 96 cents. Next year's estimates are averaging $1.09, up 6 cents.

These levels are good enough for growth rates of 63% and 13%, respectively.

Valuation

Shares are trading at a great value. The forward P/E is just 13 times and the PEG ratio comes in at a solid 0.8.

The Chart

Shares of DM had a great run just after the April feature but have leveled off since then. However, with estimates still climbing the gains should not be to far off into the future. Take a look at the chart below.

My Market Outlook – Market Analysis

We had an impressive GDP report last Thursday, which sent the market up nicely that day. The following day (Friday), the market appeared to suffer from buyer's remorse after finding that most of the GDP gain was due to the fiscal stimulus. As a result, we lost all of the previous day's gains and then some. The market was able to stay in the positive territory today, helped by good news flow on the economic and earnings fronts.

For my first weekly commentary, I want to discuss my market outlook - to provide readers with my take on the market's course going forward. This is important given a busy economic calendar, with the Fed's FOMC meeting ending on Wednesday and October payroll numbers on Friday.

The strong third-quarter earnings season to date and the equally strong third-quarter GDP report are evidence that the market's impressive run up from its March

Intuitive Surgical Inc. – Aggressive Growth – Zacks Rank Buy

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISRG)

Growing Revenue

Intuitive announced quarterly results on the 20th of October that included revenue of $280 million, up from $236 million last year. Sales generated through the da Vinci systems propelled the company's growth.

Earnings per share came in at $1.64, well above the $1.45 that analysts were expecting. This was the second earnings surprise in a row.

Estimates Rising

Full-year estimates are on the rise. Since the report 8 of 12 analysts have revised their forecasts. Currently the Zacks Consensus is $5.56, up 20 cents. Next year's average estimate is $6.84, up 19 cents.

With the newly submitted estimates, earnings growth rates are projected to be 9% this year and another 23% in 2010.

Shares of ISRG slipped on the earnings news, but climbed during the next 2 sessions.
