Biofuels Power Corp., the first company in the nation to produce and sell green electricity created from 100% biodiesel and renewable diesel fuels, announced this morning that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has authorized its common stock for an unpriced quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol BFLS.

The company is pioneering the use of biodiesel and renewable diesel to provide fuel-to-electrical power generation plants that are located close to the end-users they serve. They have a 5 MW plant in Oak Ridge North Texas that utilizes several reciprocating diesel generators to create green electricity, which is then sold into the ERCOT grid. They also own a 10 MW plant in Montgomery County, Texas that utilizes a GE Frame 5 turbine to generate green electricity.
