Is Zevotek, Inc. (OTC:ZVTK), a worldwide direct marketer and distributor of innovative personal and home care items, poised to become the new Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC:SPNG)? It surely exhibits all the signs of such a promise as demand for Zevotek has been rising in volume and price over the past month. So, what is going on with Zevotek suddenly bring it to the spotlight?
Both Zevotek and Spongetech Delivery Systems have great “as seen on TV” products. Zevotek’s sells an energy saving Ionic Bulb designed for consumer use by combining the performance features of ionic air cleaning technology with those of a 10,000 hour reduced energy use compact fluorescent light bulb (CFL). The Company plans to market the Ionic Bulb through TV infomercials, catalogs, magazines and major U.S. retail and specialty stores and the Internet. Zevotek’s Ionic Bulb infomercial airs on www.asseenontv.com and the Company’s www.zevo-tek.com website.
Zevotek, Inc. has gone through a process of enforcing its management team significantly within a short period of time. On Nov. 4, 2009 Zevotek Inc. announced that Jeffrey R. Carlson, who brings an extensive experience from by being a financial savvy to help Zevotek realize its tremendous potential, joined Zevotek as President of its Ionic Bulb business.
Just prior to that, on October 27, 2009, Zevotek, Inc. announced the appointment of Indira Tovar on its management board.
Three weeks ago, on October 21, 2009, Zevotek, Inc. announced that Zevotek received an $1.1 million order to buy Ionic Bulbs. The order calls for Zevotek to supply a distributor in Asia with Ionic Bulbs for sale in Japan and Korea. Zevotek is pursuing a global marketing initiative for the Ionic Bulb and the order is the first Zevotek has received for the Asian market. The $1.1 million order calls for Zevotek to supply the distributor with samples of Zevotek’s standard 110 volt and 240 volt versions of the 15 watt and 23 watt Ionic Bulbs. Zevotek offers different versions of the Ionic Bulb to satisfy the technical specifications and consumer preferences of the global marketplace.
On October 19, Zevotek, Inc. announced an agreement to create a new high-volume call center for receiving calls to buy the Ionic Bulb. Zevotek selected Teleperformance, to operate a call center that is capable of handling spikes in large call volumes coming in response to planned airings of a new 2-minute Ionic Bulb TV infomercial.
All of that, following a series of strategic moves on part of the company to form an alliance with Trans World Merchant Corp of Hackensack, N.J. The conclusion of the contract with TWM Corp. was reached well ahead of schedule. TWM has exclusive access to a South Korean business group that is seeking to bring its products to the U.S. direct marketing business. Zevotek will be given first look at a variety of products that TWM hopes to develop emerging markets for. TWM will receive funding in order to present individual items on a case by case basis for full project development.
On Sept. 15, 2009, Zevotek Announced Ionic Bulb Production and Shipment for European Market.
On Aug 25, 2009, Zevotek, Inc., completed an extensive search in order to increase sales and presence in the retail markets and is close to completing a sales partnership with ELS Group LLC of Danbury, Ct. ELS is a consortium of independent sales representatives for retail and wholesalers across North and South America.
And the list goes on. The questions remains, are we about to witness a sudden surge of sales in North America any time soon? It took Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC:SPNG) one contract with U.S. major wholesale chain stores, COSTCO, to boast the stock from a sub-penny value to well over 25 cents in a matter of weeks. Are we about to witness the same thing with Zevoteck, Inc.? Is ZVTK going to be the new hot item, the new kid on the block very soon? That remains to be seen and if that happened we could see another situation where your investment value multiply by 1,000% or more. You can comment about ZVTK and SPNG on the stock market forums, see you there!

I grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating high school I enrolled at Florida State University where I studied Journalism and Political Science. It was around this time that I got a job in the healthcare industry, a job that would give me a lot of experience as I worked and moved up over the next four and a half years. This along with working for a hedge fund manager for years, were the greatest learning experiences of my life so far. I have also been fortunate enough to have lived all over the country in, Austin, Texas, Queens, New York, Great Falls, Montana, Cleveland, Ohio, Chattanooga, Tennessee, Atlanta, Georgia, and all over the state of Florida. As well as living in many places I have traveled all over, been to all of the states except California (Had a layover at LAX once but I don’t think that counts), Oregon, and Hawaii. Traveled most of the Caribbean, I have also been to many destinations in Canada, and Mexico. I even did a stint through Europe. As well as traveling and living all over I have also worked in a great many industries. I have been employed in finance, healthcare, title, mortgage, travel, video game development, hospitality, and news industries. Besides working for an investment company I have also done quite a bit of investing on my own, and through trial and error, learning from mistakes, and watching the news very closely I have made some decent money for myself. |
