Wescorp Energy assists Oil & Gas companies in streamlining operations and maintenance procedures using a wealth of cost-cutting technologies. The Total Fluids Solution is a specially formulated, bio-degradable mixture of chemicals that is introduced to the well for the purpose of isolating and removing harmful contaminants. The solution successfully separates large solids such as drill cuttings and fine sands that can cause expensive well damage. Utilizing specialized aeration techniques during the introduction process, the Total Fluids Solution also creates microscopic bubbles that bond with, and remove damaging hydrocarbons.
Traditional methods of oil and water separation have been known to leave as much as 30,000 parts per million (ppm) hydrocarbons, whereas the Total Fuids Solution leaves less than 5,000 ppm. Separation at the well site can seriously reduce the cost of operations by nearly eliminating the need for costly transport of fluids to proper facilities.
