Top Ships Inc (TOPS) entered into exclusive agreement with a Greek ship magnate to consider a sale at $6 per share. The offer price is a premium of more than 57% to Top ShipsÂ’ Wednesday close of $3.81. The stock surged nearly 30% to trade at $4.95 in afternoon trade.
