SkyPostal Networks Incorporated, formerly known as Omega United Incorporated, is one of the leading private mail networks in the Latin America – Caribbean region. Through a strategic marketing agreement with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail, SkyPostal now also provides its unique shipping services in Europe. Following a new name and ticker change, the president and CEO of the company, Albert Hernandez, has scheduled a conference call for interested investors to take part in on Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 4:15 p.m. Eastern.
During the conference call, Hernandez will present details of SkyPostal’s latest progress and strategic initiatives to build revenue and shareholder value. He will also address any and all shareholder questions following his presentation. When asked about the conference Hernandez said, “There are some exciting times ahead. I look forward to sharing more about SkyPostal’s achievements with our supporters in the investment community.†Hernandez also added: “With our recent name change and the addition of four new directors, this growth is the latest indication of the progress we’ve been making in our strategies to expand our business and our portfolio of products.â€
The potential growth for the private postal industry has been well documented as several European nations stray away from their own internal postal services and move toward proven private postal networks. Current expansion plans and strategic future endeavors will be discussed with investors during the call.
