Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) will release financial results for its fourth quarter of fiscal year 2009 before the market opens on Tuesday, August 4, 2009. The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast at 8 a.m. Central Time to discuss financial results and provide a Company update. In addition, a financial summary slide presentation will be available to download approximately 60 minutes prior to the call.

Sonic Foundry, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOFO), the recognized market leader for rich media webcasting and knowledge management, today announced it will release results for its third quarter of fiscal 2009 on Thursday, July 30 after the close of the market.

Capitol Federal Financial (Nasdaq: CFFN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share on outstanding CFFN common stock.

InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) today announced Naresh Soni has joined the organization as vice president, Strategic Engineering. Mr. Soni brings more than two decades of high technology experience to this newly created position within InterDigital’s Corporate Strategy Office. Reporting to William J. Merritt, InterDigital’s president and chief executive officer, Mr. Soni will oversee the company’s technology strategy and roadmap, manage university and industry relationships, and provide guidance on merger and acquisition opportunities as well as new research and development initiatives.

Investment firm W. P. Carey & Co. LLC (NYSE: WPC) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter 2009 prior to market-open on Thursday, August 6, 2009. The financial results will be released via all major wire services, W. P. Carey’s corporate website, direct fax and electronic mail.

CME Group (NASDAQ: CME), the world’s largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, announced that CME Group Vice Chairman Charlie Carey will appear before the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations today to discuss the CBOT wheat futures contract.
