Shares of Novell Inc. (NOVL) slipped almost 7.5% today, despite reporting second-quarter earnings per share yesterday that topped Wall Street expectations.
The company’s revenue fell 8.5% to $216 million.
The full-year average forecast hasn’t changed over the past 2 months and remains at 19 cents per share.
NOVL, a Zacks #3 Rank (”Hold”) stock, is trading on volume of nearly 6 million, which is double the average daily volume at about 3.0 million.
