Lehman (LEH) has confirmed that it will file for bankruptcy after the last two potential bidders for the company pulled out of discussions to acquire the company.

The company is stating that the bankruptcy will not include it’s broker-dealer operations as well as its asset management unit, which includes Neuberger Berman.
