CryptoLogic (NASDAQ: CRYP), a global developer of branded online betting games and Internet casino software, today announced its financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2009. The company’s new business strategy delivered reduced operating costs, a solid quarter-on-quarter improvement in its Internet casino hosting business, and growing revenue from branded games launched by major Internet gaming operators. Medco Health Solutions, Inc., (NYSE: MHS), the world’s most advanced pharmacy(R), today extended its initiatives addressing healthcare in Europe by entering into a joint venture with United Drug plc, a Pan-European healthcare leader, to provide home-based pharmacy care services in the United Kingdom for patients covered by the country’s National Health Service (NHS). The NHS provides healthcare services for more than 95 percent of the U.K.’s 60 million residents.

Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, and Tower Semiconductor, Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM) a leading global specialty foundry, today announced they will work together to develop a new high-performance power management specialty process technology platform. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed by the companies which shall be followed by a formal agreement.

SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) and LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, today announced a marketing agreement that will support the recruiting efforts of SAP channel partners in the small and midsize enterprise (SME) market. With more than 140,000 SAP consultants using LinkedIn, the collaboration will provide SAP partners in the SME market advanced recruiting methods to find the best talent. This is the first collaboration announcement following the broader strategic relationship announced in October 2008, when SAP Ventures, a division of SAP AG, invested in LinkedIn Corporation.

Medical Marijuana, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MJNA) announced today that it is undertaking the necessary measures to position its stock for quotation on the regulated, OTC Bulletin Board (OTC BB). This includes having retained a PCAOB-registered CPA firm to begin preparing, according to GAAP, to have the company’s financial statements audited.

The Talbots, Inc. (NYSE:TLB) and Hong Kong-based global consumer goods exporter Li & Fung Ltd. (SEHK: 494) today announced that they have entered into a buying agency agreement whereby Li & Fung will act as the exclusive global apparel sourcing agent for the Talbots brand. As part of the agreement, Li & Fung will serve as the exclusive agent for substantially all Talbots apparel products. Li & Fung will also be non-exclusive agent for swimwear, intimate apparel, footwear, jewelry, handbags and accessories. Going forward, Talbots will pay an agency commission on its product purchases through Li & Fung.
