* The week’s Electronic Entertainment Expo in LA is expected to find manufacturers taking aim at Nintendo’s (NASDAQ:NTDOY) Wii success. Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is expected to unveil a new motion-sensing game controller on Monday. Tuesday may highlight a new Sony (NYSE:SNE) PlayStation Portable, not requiring an optical disc drive
* Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) announced plans to sell about 20% of its interest in Chinese ICBC, or $1.9 billion at a 4-6% discount to the bank’s close today
* Prudential (NYSE:PRU) announced a $1.25 billion common offering. The firm also said it will not participate in TARP funding
* SunTrust (NYSE:STI) announced the sale of $1.4 billion common shares, and a tender offer for a combined $1 billion in hybrids and preferreds
