•    Shares of Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) surged 12.9% after investment firm Elliott Management, one of its stakeholders offered to acquire the company at a deal price of approximately $2.35 billion

•    Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RICK) reported fourth quarter earnings per share of $0.16, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.22
