Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. (CCO) named Chet Kwasniak as chief financial officer for its Americas division on Friday, amid a slump in advertising spending stemming from the ongoing credit crisis.
Kwasniak, who assumes his new responsibilities of supervising the company’s financial reporting and information-technology activities on Jun 15, was earlier an executive at Danaher Corp. (DHR) and Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO).
Shares of CCO, a Zacks #3 Rank (”Hold”) company, are up approximately 5.5% today.
