Based in Arlington, Virginia, CACI International (CAI) delivers the IT applications and infrastructure used to improve communications and collaboration, secure the integrity of information systems and networks, enhance data collection and analysis, and increase efficiency and mission effectiveness.

The company’s solutions enhance defense and intelligence capabilities, assure homeland security, improve decision-making, and help customers operate smartly, faster, and more responsibly. CAI, serving primarily the U.S. government, derived 95% of its fiscal 2008 revenue from it.

We remain positive about CAI’s long-term prospects. We think the trend towards outsourcing by the federal government to modernize mission-critical information systems to be intact. Management expects to generate revenues of $5 billion by 2012, derived from both organic growth and acquisitions.

In the long run, management targets an operating margin of 8% and aims a 15% annual growth in net income. For fiscal 2009, management aims to deliver double-digit EPS growth.
