Performance Health Technologies Inc. (PFMH.OB) develops and markets performance evaluation and rehabilitation products that monitor and guide exercise and give real-time feedback. Performance Health’s quality management team has many seasoned executives. The company’s management team is led by CEO Robert D. Prunetti, CFO James E. Bartolomei, and Medical Director Dr. Gary N. Goldstein, M.D.

Mr. Prunetti was appointed President and CEO of the company on March 15th 2006. He has re-engineered the company, launching new marketing and product development strategies. He has also guided Performance Health to becoming a fully reporting public company. Mr. Prunetti’s prior experience included being a Mercer County executive from 1992 to 2003. Mercer County includes the state capitol of New Jersey. He has also served as president of Phoenix Ventures, a business development and public relations and management consulting firm.

Mr. Bartolomei has served as the company’s CFO and treasurer since September 20, 2006. He is the founding and managing partner of Bartolomei Pucciarelli LLC, a New Jersey accounting firm. He continues to practice, providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients. In addition, Mr. Bartolomei performs peer reviews of accounting firms to evaluate their compliance with accounting professional standards.

Dr. Gary N. Goldstein serves in numerous roles in the medical and academic community. He is currently an attending physician at the following institutions: Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, Virtua Health Care System, Kennedy Memorial Health Care System, the Surgical Center of South Jersey, Summit Surgical Center, the Cherry Hill Surgical Center, and Cooper Medical Center. Dr. Goldstein is board certified in seven medical fields and he is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, and Florida.
