David Lenihan is also a member of the board at Performance. Lenihan is a Founder and CEO of CareGain, a software technology company based in East Windsor, N.J. This company provides enterprise software solutions to health plans and third party administrators, enabling them to enter the Consumer Directed Health (CDH) marketplace quickly and efficiently for both plan design and administration of these new health benefit products. Lenihan led the CareGain from inception in 2001 until its sale to Fiserv Health (NASDAQ: FISV) in January 2006.
