Green Energy Live, Inc. is a green, bio-conversion-technology engineering company for fuel, farming, and waste management. The company’s corporate mission is develop, patent, and implement proprietary conversion technology for biofuels. Green Energy Live is concentrating their efforts on the waste/biomass-to-ethanol industry. They are working to convert wastes, currently in landfills, into ethanol and other valuable co-products. This is through using their proprietary patented gasification and conversion technology.

The company’s strategy is to acquire or deploy proprietary technologies that will extract the sugars and starch trapped in these wastes with small footprint, low capital cost, and low operating cost. Green Energy Live is a single source provider of complete equipment packages for biomass energy systems using advanced technology. The Company provides engineering assistance, assists customers in applying biomass fueled energy systems to their specific needs, and provides complete equipment packages.

Green Energy Live, Inc. intends to produce Bio Fuels conversion technologies that convert ethanol from corn and Bio Diesel from Biomass. They also plan to implement patent pending gasification and heat monitoring technology, as well as produce organic fertilizer through wholly owned subsidiary Invigorate Fertilizer. In addition, the Company will de-germ corn prior to fermentation to get corn oil as a revenue stream, and produce high quality distiller’s grains that have value in multiple animal species as a high-protein, high-fiber feed ingredient. The grain processing plants will produce ethanol, high protein animal feed, and CO2.

On August 19, 2009, Green Energy Live announced a forward split of the Company’s common stock. Shareholders will receive 15 shares for each share held as of July 25, 2009. All shareholders who purchased at the pre-split price after July 25, 2009 will be analyzed individually.

Karen Clark, CEO, commented, “The capital market environment is challenging to say the least, and the split enables us to more efficiently capitalize on recent positive developments at our company, namely the acquisition of Comanche Livestock Exchange.”

Comanche Livestock Exchange serves large and small cattle producers. Sales of various livestock conduct weekly via live auction, private treaty, and/or online. Comanche Livestock Exchange is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green Energy Live, Inc.
