EDGAR Online and Zephyr Financial Intelligence announced that they have formed a strategic alliance that will bring a suite of XBRL 2.0 analytical tools to market. Through this partnership, Zephyr will design, build and deliver an assortment of custom analytical tools powered by EDGAR Online’s robust database housing 10+ years of financial statement data in XBRL format from more than 12,000 companies.
