Suspect Detection Systems Inc., a leading developer of terror and crime prevention technology, announced today that Israeli Major-General (res.) Amiram Levin has agreed to join the company’s Advisory Board. During his Military and Intelligence career, General Levin has accumulated 35 years of distinguished experience working with the defense of the State of Israel. He served as Deputy Director of Israel’s Mossad (Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations) from 1998 to 2000, Commander of Israel’s Northern Command, and as Commander of the “Sayeret Matkal”, Israel’s elite intelligence and counter-terrorism commando unit.

Gen. Levin has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies, supporting several successful businesses that have developed advanced proprietary technologies to aid the international defense community. He also contributed one of the first seed investments into Suspect Detection Systems Ltd., now the subsidiary of Suspect Detection Systems Inc. (SDSS.OB). Gen. Levin’s early investment, prior to negotiations with SDSS Inc., had a significant impact on the corporation’s decision to invest with SDS Ltd.
