Stocks Rise on Higher Volume; Bull Run Ahead?

Are stocks setting up for a bear market run?
Leading stocks were able to stage their second straight session of positive price action. Volume on the exchanges rose by 2%, although higher than the previous day the lack of large increase leaves an impression big institutional players aren’t yet convinced about this market. Normally, you’d want to see volume explode higher on positive days like Tuesday. Is this another headfake or is this rally for real?
If more stocks like MYGN we may see a sustainable rally from the market.
