June 4, 2009 ndash; Analyst Comments ndash; PacificCrestrsquo;s Mark Bachman provided an update on the California Solar Initiative (CSI) this morning, noting that year-to-date, PV applications are up 69% on a Y/Y basis. He said if the CSI data are indicative of the entire U.S. market, the U.S. market could be almost 600MW this year.
