IDO Security, Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of the patented, UL-certified MagShoe™ weapons metal detection system, recently announced a multi-unit order with a major security products distribution specialist based in Vietnam. The company’s innovative “shoes-on” weapons metal detection system provides thorough scanning of the lower body and feet and will be shipped to major airports across Vietnam, as part of an initiative to increase travel safety measures.

The company currently has MagShoe™ installations, which instantly and accurately detects weapons and metal items concealed in footwear, in the Asian market, including India, China and Hong Kong. This new agreement in Vietnam strengthens IDO Security’s presence in Southeast Asia.
