Back to back days of accumulation sparks hope of a Christmas rally.

Stocks finally show some life as accumulation has crept back into the market over the past two trading sessions.  Although its far to early to call this a new bull market we certainly can see a bear market rally.  Volume is below the 50dma but we have seen increased volume and that is what is most important and we have it.  Leadership is weak at best but we do have some leaders out of the defense sector and a few education stocks.  Do not get too excited for a new raging bull but upside may be here to come.

Maybe Santa Claus can bring us more upside, HO HO.

’tis the season

About Market Speculator (http://market-speculator.com)
Market Speculator began his market career shortly before 9/11/01. The methodology he uses comes from the greatest stock market traders of all time; Livermore, Darvas, O’Neil, Dryfus, etc. Decision making is based on price and volume while stock screening is done by growth in fundamentals. Much like William O’Neil’s CAN SLIM approach to investing Market Speculator focuses on a narrow amount of stocks and lives by cutting his losses early.
