Unified Design For Stores In Beijing Airport

According to reports in local media, Beijing Capital International Airport will launch six model rooms for convenience stores in its three terminal buildings before the end of 2009 to realize a unified convenience store image.

A representative from the airport said that five convenience store model rooms will be launched in the three terminal buildings to increase the number of standard convenience stores to six. Apart from the unification of store image and the improvement of hardware facilities, these convenience stores will also insist on unified pricing. In addition, there will be 25 products offered at preferential prices each month and the total number kinds of product in these stores will be increased from the current 600 to over 1,000.

Capital Airports Holding Company, the operator of Beijing Capital International Airport, also revealed that it will make renovations for its convenience stores in its other eight airports outside Beijing.
