Mr. Richard Damion founded Newport Digital Technologies and is chairman of the company. He has over 40 years of experience developing, operating and ultimately selling numerous enterprises.

Mr. Gary DeMel is a 28-year veteran of the semiconductor and hi-tech industries. He has held several senior management positions within major technology companies including ATI Inc., Intel and Level One Communications. At Intel, Mr. DeMel created and directed the company’s strategic partnerships and was responsible for their most successful investments in leading-edge startups.

Mr. Michael Lutton is currently president of Newport Digital Technologies and has a career spanning 30 years operating various companies throughout the US and the Middle East. His management background includes executive positions at The Irvine Company, PM Realty Group and PLC.

Mr. Robert George has over 40 years of senior management experience with major companies in the US. During the course of his career, he founded two companies and also brings vast marketing experience to the board.

Mr. Richard Tanimoto is the senior managing director of engineering at Newport Digital Technologies. Formerly a senior manager of emerging technology at ViewSonic, he brings over 27 years of experience in the high tech industry to the company. Mr. Tanimoto acts as the engineering communication link between Newport Digital Technologies and its engineering resource partner – the Institute for Information Industry in Taiwan.

Mr. Weiling Tsao is the chief operating officer and chief technology officer of Newport Digital Technologies and has broad-based management experience in growth, mature, and developing companies in both the US and Asia Pacific regions. He is a 27-year veteran of the semiconductor, computer and consumer electronics industries and has held senior management positions with firms such as Advanced Micro Devices, ATI, Trident Microsystems, Nortel and Apple.
