The Central Bank of Norway has raised its benchmark rate by 25 bps to 1,50% and becomes the first European Central Bank to start reversing the quantitative easing policy. At Oslo Stock Excange the all share index drops 3,5% as the norwegian krone strengthen and market volatility rise.
