Abbott Labs Still Expects TriLipix Approval in 4Q08
Despite an unknown delay from the FDA on TriLipix, Abbott Labs (ABT) still expects approval before year-end. Other updates include a three month delay for Hologic (HOLX) and KV Pharma (KV-A) for Gestiva and a NDA filing yesterday for NeurogesX (NGSX) for its capsaicin skin patch (NGX-4010) in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (nerve pain following shingles infection).
