China Cosco, the largest ship operator in China, is going to be added to the Hang Seng Index replacing Yue Yuen Industrial Holdings, the largest athletic shoe maker in the world.
I’ve been keeping a close eye on Yue Yuen and consider it a very well managed company with a fantastic business. The rising price of molded rubber has prevented me from jumping in though. When that changes, Yue Yuen will be a stock I will want to own.
