Watch out for China steelmakers

China is threatening to stop using iron ore from
Brazilian miner Vale
(NYSE:RIO because of a recent price increase.

China warns that it will tell Chinese iron ore miners to increase
production and instruct Chinese steel makers to reduce output.

China needs the iron ore, but the Chinese steelmakers could be the big loser in this shouting match.
