Seamless Internet develops in-house tools to support the Seamless family, and each tool is examined to determine if there are potential uses outside of the Seamless corporations. The restructuring announced yesterday apparently eliminates Seamless Skyyfi and creates two new subsidiaries; Seamless TEK labs, a software development subsidiary that would complement the direction of the Seamless Internet direction, and a sales subsidiary, FMSNETCHECK, LLC. Both seem to emphasize Seamless WiFi Inc.’s success with leading-edge development, rather than moving into a service provider model.
